By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. General Conditions We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer where permitted by applicable law. You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful purpose, and not to resell, redistribute, or commercially use our products without our prior written consent.
3. Products & Availability All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Product images, packaging, and natural variations in ingredients (colour, consistency, taste) may differ slightly from what is shown. We reserve the right to modify, correct, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
4. Formation of Contract Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding sales contract is concluded only when we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to confirmation (e.g., pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud).
5. Pricing & Payments All prices are displayed in the selected store currency and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping fees are shown separately at checkout before order confirmation. For shipments from outside the European Union, additional import VAT and customs duties may be levied by the destination country's customs authority upon import; these charges are the responsibility of the customer. Payment must be completed before the order is processed. We accept payments through Stripe and the payment methods displayed at checkout.
6. Shipping & Delivery Orders are dispatched within 2 business days via UPS from Türkiye. Estimated delivery time is 10–12 business days but may vary due to customs clearance or courier operations. In any case, delivery will be made no later than 30 days from the date of order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, force majeure, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers) If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us by a clear statement (for example, by email to info@sultanbazaarstore.com) of your decision to withdraw. You may use our Model Withdrawal Form, available on request.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of informing us. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
We will refund all payments received from you (excluding supplementary delivery costs if you chose a non-standard delivery method) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
Exception (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU): The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return once unsealed. This includes opened or used food supplements, herbal pastes, honey pastes, tea bags, and similar consumables.
8. Defective or Damaged Goods If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@sultanbazaarstore.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or full refund in accordance with applicable consumer law, including the EU Consumer Sales Directive (EU) 2019/771.
9. Product Information & Health Disclaimer Our products are sold as food supplements and traditional herbal products. They are not medicinal products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women, or persons under 18 years of age. Consult your doctor before use if you have any medical condition, are taking medication, or have known allergies. Keep out of reach of children.

Intellectual Property All content on this website — including text, branding, trade names, logos, graphics, photographs, and product imagery — is the property of C&C NEXUS LLC or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and trademark law. No content may be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) defective products under the EU Product Liability Directive 85/374/EEC; or (d) any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.
Subject to the above, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the product in question. We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was formed.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection granted to you by mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence. Consumers may bring legal proceedings in the courts of their country of residence.
13. Online Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. For any dispute, please first contact us at info@sultanbazaarstore.com; we will do our best to resolve your complaint within 14 days.
14. Complaints Procedure Complaints should be sent to info@sultanbazaarstore.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days and aim to provide a final response within 14 days.
15. Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
16. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent version. Changes apply to orders placed after the effective date.
