RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original, sealed packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products whose sealed or protective packaging (including shrink wrap, foil seal, or gelatin wrapping) has been opened or removed
  • Used or partially consumed health, wellness, or food supplement products
  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact us at info@sultanbazaarstore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a unique Return Authorization Code. Returns sent without this code will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank account first, then contact your credit card company. If you still haven’t received it, contact us at info@sultanbazaarstore.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Contact us at info@sultanbazaarstore.com within 14 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Shipping instructions will be provided along with your Return Authorization Code.
