Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sultan Bazaar, we are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently across Europe and beyond. Please review our shipping and delivery terms below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Standard delivery within Europe typically takes 10–14 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, customs procedures, and local postal services.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control. Sultan Bazaar is not responsible for delays caused by customs or local carriers.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Orders under €100: Flat-rate shipping fee of €9.00
  • Orders over €100: FREE international shipping

4. Shipping Carrier

We ship all orders via UPS international service. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all European Union (EU) countries and selected international destinations. If your country is not listed during checkout, please contact us at info@sultanbazaarstore.com to inquire about availability.

6. Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside of Türkiye, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your UPS tracking number. You can track your shipment at www.ups.com or through the link provided in your confirmation email.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us at info@sultanbazaarstore.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.

9. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original sealed packaging.
  • Products with opened or broken seals (including gelatin wrapping, shrink wrap, or foil seals) cannot be returned due to health and hygiene regulations.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
