Usage of Honey Herbal Paste:
Usage of Themra Epimedium Ginseng Herbal Mixed Energy Paste; Before use, stir the Themra Epimedium Ginseng Panax Herbal Paste in the jar each time. Consume one teaspoonful in the morning and evening, especially on an empty stomach 15-30 minutes before meals for rapid effect, twice a day. If taken on a full stomach, consume 2-3 hours after meals. If to be used before sexual activity, it should be taken at least 45-60 minutes beforehand
